DINNER
PORK CHOPS WITH GARLIC AND ROSEMARY
These dinner dishes are perfect for during the week or for special meals
with guests. So light and easy, they are sure to bring praise from the
most discerning palate.
Pork Chops with Garlic and Rosemary
This is one of the simplest ways to enjoy a nice, thick, center-cut pork
chop. You'll love the garlic and rosemary combination!
4 1-inch-thick center-cut pork chops
4 to 5 garlic cloves, sliced
Olive oil
1 tablespoon crushed dried rosemary
Rosemary sprigs for garnish
With a sharp knife, make several slits in each pork-chop. Stuff slices
of the garlic into each slit.
Rub the pork chops with the olive oil - not too heavily. Place on a preheated
grill or broiler. Sprinkle with the rosemary.
Bake or grill until cooked through (about 5 minutes per side) - the meat
should be 160 F in the center. Remove to a heated serving platter and serve.
